Bri + Max | A Botanical Wedding At Zingerman's Cornman Farms

Bri + Max are just the sweetest people. Bri is so kind and easy to befriend, and Max a true gentleman serving us tea at the consult. We started talking about how they went from first date to fiancé. Max told me about their Rhode Island getaway where he took a knee, while Bri shared makings of their chic, farmhouse wedding equipped with Russian caviar!

Fast forward to a perfect summer day in the fields of Ann Arbor, MI. Blue skies, sunshine, and a cool, summer breeze. I started my day with the girls in the farmhouse of Zingerman's Cornman Farms. A bright and airy space perfect for Bri and her sister to doll up! I later found Max down in the barn, and got my first taste of Russian decor!

Soon we made our way to Old St. Patrick's Catholic Church (the oldest standing church in Ann Arbor) where Bri + Max said I DO! The cheerful officiate kept loved ones laughing (and crying) before we returned to the farmhouse for the celebration!

One of my favorite Russian traditions was during the speeches. In Russia, several guests stand during dinner and say a few words about the bride and groom. I loved how so many friends stood up and shared warm memories from their time at the University of Michigan, and from the week Bri + Max met in passing at their dorms, "they were just glowing when they met each other!"

Bri + Max... Now I'd like to stand up and share my story! Thank you both so incredibly much. It was an honor to be there and photograph a part of your love story. Your families were delightful and made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Thank youuuuu! You two are fab and I'm grateful to know you both. I hope your wedding gallery is something you treasure! Cheers to that awesome bite of bread, Russian caviar, and I DOs!
