Becca + Chris | A Bright & Colorful Wedding In Maumee

Becca and Chris originally met in high school. Little did they know when they bumped into each other in the halls on their way to 3rd hour, they were bumping into their future spouse! They have a long history of friendship, crushes, and talking on and off. However, it wasn’t until Chris was stationed in Alaska during his service in the Navy, that Becca realized how she truly felt! She sent him a love letter confessing it all, and he reciprocated his affection for her right away! She knew his sentiment was genuine as his strong, military demeanor rarely showed a kink in the armor, so she flew out to California to visit him for 4th of July! Their love sparked and solidified all at once during that trip, and soon after they were moving out west together!

Their wedding day was as bright, and heartfelt as their love story. A sunny, late summer day at the beautiful Maumee State Park set the scene perfectly for prep and portraits, followed by an intimate wedding ceremony at a private residence nearby. Their love radiates in each image, and to have been a part of this incredible wedding day was a gift I count myself lucky to have been a part of.
