These lovebirds brought their A game to this photoshoot! Dressed to the nines with a fresh pair of loafers and some killer beach waves - these high school sweethearts absolutely stole the show!

Makaila + Chase live in Florida, so we’ve been chatting on Google Meet over the months as they prepare for their wedding back here in Michigan. We figured while they were home touring venues, we’d squeeze in a little engagement shoot!

I always encourage couples to “think big” for their engagement photos. Consider getting hair + makeup involved, treat yourself to a new gown or sport coat, bring some helping hands if you’d care to incorporate your fur babies… think of it like a mini production and you and your fiancé are the stars!

Let me tell you something guys: Makaila + Chase did exactly that! Their photos are just breathtakingly elegant and romantic, yet rich with their playful love. I was soaking up every second of taking their photos and I’m already counting down the days until their wedding in August of 2022!
